Our current serviceable area is Central and South Luzon but we are open in developing farms in other parts of the country as long as we can significantly help an area localize their food production.

The timeline depends on the size of the land, the type of crops to be grown, and the infrastructure required. On average, farm development can take from 2 to 6 months from planning to planting.

CoGrow specializes in vegetable farms, herb farms, fruit farms (papaya & calamansi), greenhouse farming, regenerative farming, vermiculture and farm-to-table models. Whether you have a small-scale garden or a large-scale farm, we tailor solutions based on your goals.

The things that you need to prepare will be discussed during an Ocular Visit. To name a few, you will need to have farmers whom we can train, source of water and electricity, soil test results, a clear vision of your farm goals and your budget.

Farm Set Up costs are fully customized depending on the farm size, location, owner's farm plans, goals, and budget.

Drip irrigation costs between P150,000 - P250,000 per hectare depending on what crop is being grown. It would help if you can provide us with a layout of your farm so we can customize a drip irrigation system for you. If you do not have a layout, you can avail our ocular farm visit service so we can do the layout for you and compute for the exact cost of the drip irrigation system.
What is a layout?
Length and width of the farm, number of plots, distance of plots, spacing of trees or plants per plot.

Tunnels cost at P250 per sqm— minimum of 200 sqm project, inclusive of labor.
Additional fees for freight and transportation.

Basic greenhouse starts at P3,000 per sqm—minimum of 100 sqm.
Additional costs apply for tables, hydroponics, shade net, weed mat, and drip irrigation system. -
Once farm development is done, we will turn over it to you or you can continue working with us with our Farm Management services, consultations, and trainings.
