    Job Summary

    Builds and manages a farm together with the Associate Farm Consultant and Chief Farm Consultant to make the land and people productive-that includes planning, budgeting, training, farm development and management.

    Job Requirements

    • Graduate of at least NC II Certificate on Agriculture

    • Has experience in farming fresh produce such as fruits, vegetables or rice

    • Must have a valid license to drive a motorcycle

    • Must know basic MS Excel & MS Word and/or Google Docs & Sheets

    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with farmers and farm consultants

    Job Description

    • Supervises at least 5 farmers that tends the farm

    • Supervises vegetable production and maintenance of the landscape

    • Helps the farmers with their daily tasks

    • Checks the attendance of the farmers

    • Responsible in purchasing all materials needed in the farm

    • Records the daily activities and deliveries of produce of the farm

    • Directly reports to the Associate Farm Consultant and Chief Farm Consultant

    About the Role
    The Associate Consultant helps manage CoGrow’s farm projects on the ground. You will work closely with farm supervisors, workers, clients, and the operations team to make sure activities are completed properly, on schedule, and according to CoGrow’s standards.

    This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in professional farm management and is willing to grow into a future leadership position.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily farm activities and manpower deployment.

    • Monitor crop condition, work quality, productivity, and project progress.

    • Implement approved crop production plans and farm protocols.

    • Coordinate with farm supervisors, workers, and clients.

    • Identify farm problems early and recommend corrective actions.

    • Prepare weekly reports, farm records, and photo documentation.

    • Ensure proper use of farm inputs, tools, equipment, and materials.

    • Promote safety, discipline, teamwork, and professionalism on-site.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of at least NC II Certificate or Bachelors Degree in Agriculture, Agri-business, Horticulture, Crop Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related course.

    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

    • Farm operations or crop production experience is an advantage.

    • Comfortable working outdoors and regularly visiting farm sites.

    • Strong observation, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    • Willing to travel and be assigned to different project locations.

    • Able to use spreadsheets, mobile applications, and basic reporting tools.

    About the Role

    The Farm Development Associate helps plan and build productive farms. You will support projects involving farm layouts, land preparation, irrigation systems, greenhouses, trellises, drainage, water systems, and other agricultural infrastructure.

    This is a training and development role intended to prepare the right candidate for promotion to Farm Development Manager once fully trained and capable of handling projects independently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in ocular visits, site assessments, measurements, and farm layouts.

    • Support the preparation of project schedules and Bills of Materials.

    • Supervise land preparation, irrigation, greenhouse, trellis, and construction activities.

    • Coordinate workers, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and deliveries.

    • Monitor project progress, workmanship, safety, and material usage.

    • Assist in testing irrigation and other installed farm systems.

    • Prepare site reports, progress updates, photo documentation, and project records.

    • Help complete punch lists, project turnover, and client orientation.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Bio-systems Engineering, Agriculture, Agri-Business, Agricultural Technology, Construction Management, or a related technical course.

    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

    • Experience in irrigation, construction, surveying, plumbing, greenhouse installation, or farm development is an advantage.

    • Able to understand measurements, layouts, quantities, and basic technical drawings.

    • Comfortable working outdoors and on construction or farm sites.
