Work Location: Lipa, Batangas
Job Summary
Builds and manages a farm together with the Associate Farm Consultant and Chief Farm Consultant to make the land and people productive-that includes planning, budgeting, training, farm development and management.
Job Requirements
Graduate of at least NC II Certificate on Agriculture
Has experience in farming fresh produce such as fruits, vegetables or rice
Must have a valid license to drive a motorcycle
Must know basic MS Excel & MS Word and/or Google Docs & Sheets
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with farmers and farm consultants
Job Description
Supervises at least 5 farmers that tends the farm
Supervises vegetable production and maintenance of the landscape
Helps the farmers with their daily tasks
Checks the attendance of the farmers
Responsible in purchasing all materials needed in the farm
Records the daily activities and deliveries of produce of the farm
Directly reports to the Associate Farm Consultant and Chief Farm Consultant

Work Location: Southern Luzon (Batangas, Laguna, Cavite)

Job Requirements
Graduate of at least an NC II Certificate in Agriculture or Bachelors Degree in Agriculture
Has experience in farming fresh produce such as fruits, vegetables or rice
Advantage but not required: Experience in handling or growing livestock
Must have a valid license to drive a motorcycle
Must know basic MS Excel & MS Word and/or Google Docs & Sheets
Has experience in using MS Excel as an inventory tool or as data management tool for farming
Has experience in record keeping and preparing reports
Job Description
Plans with the Chief Farm Consultant with regards to the farm objectives and key indicators at the start of the project
Prepares the layouts, area plans, and costing of farm projects
Purchases all the materials needed in the farms
Trains the farmers on natural and modern farming methods
Visits the farm clients twice a week to check the progress of activities
Meets and reports all developments to Chief Farm Consultant every week
Prepares the cash advance requests and liquidation
Makes Quarterly reports that will be submitted to farm owner
Makes weekly reports to update farm owners about the status of their farms
Assists with ocular visits
Assists with other tasks assigned by the Chief Farm Consultant
